This is Syd's Cafe in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire in England is regularly used in the longest running sitcom "Last Of The Summer Wine". Being an avid fan of this show, we had to visit it on our last trip to Europe. They were not filming there, so we had lunch at Syd's Cafe. I am standing next to Compo, played by Bill Owen for many years. Unfortnately Bill died in 1999.

I've been through Holmfirth many times but never stopped at Syds. I can't remember the name of the cafe we usually stopped at.
